4d93034c93 FIX: Change z hop height from 0.2mm to 0.4mm 
Models with overhanging areas are easily knocked down with Z hop height
at 0.2mm

24cb5a21e4 FIX: use extruder list to decide chamber temp 
As title.Use the same way to decide exhaust fan.
Removes end print exhaust fan control.
